Lillian Veronica (Randolph) Bury

Lillian V. Bury (Randolph) 96 of Taunton, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Morton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Hilary J. Bury, Sr.

Born in Cambridge and raised in Mansfield, she was the daughter of the late Walter M. and Veronica H. (Bruzgulis) Randolph.

Mrs. Bury worked at Reed & Barton as an executive secretary for several years before retiring. She was former parishioner of Holy Rosary Church in Taunton. Lillian enjoyed travelling, family holiday gatherings, playing various card games with her daughter and granddaughter, and dining with her grandson.

She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne Frank; her grandchildren, Hilary J. Bury, II of Taunton and Katie Bury, of Brewster; and various nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Hilary J. Bury and sister of the late Edward Randolph.

To honor Lillian’s wishes, visiting hours will be respectfully omitted. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her committal service and interment on Friday, October 21, 2022, at 1:30 pm, in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Avenue, Bourne (all relatives and friends are asked to meet directly at the cemetery for 1:15pm in the funeral procession gathering area)

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lillian’s memory can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
