Jean Marie (Teresiak) Enos

February 16, 1962 — February 10, 2021

Jean M. (Teresiak) Enos , 58, of Taunton passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.

Born on February 16, 1962 in Passaic, NJ she was the loving daughter of the late Frank Teresiak and Anielia J. (Szyndler) Teresiak.

Jean grew up in Lyndhurst, NJ where she spent much of her youth with friends and family. She enjoyed going on adventures into New York City with her Uncle, Walter Szyndler and her two sisters, Patricia and Kathleen. The family moved to Massachusetts where she attended high school and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southeastern Massachusetts University. She would go on to travel across the country as a finance consultant and auditor for various organizations.

Eventually she would put roots down in Massachusetts where she began a new successful career in finance for the non-profit organization, The May Institute, Inc. Around this time she gave birth to her two loving sons, Kyle A. Enos and Joshua M. Enos. During her career, she devoted an abundance of hard work, compassion and warmth for families that required assistance for loved ones with disabilities. In doing so, as a strong independent single mother, she began laying the groundwork for her sons to live positive, healthy, and successful lives. She later began working as a Director of Finance for BAMSI, Inc. towards the end of her life where she made great friends and memories.

Jean would go on to meet the love of her life, Malcolm Maclellan. Having devoted so much of her life to work and her sons, Malcolm brought out her youth and spontaneity, taking her on many vacations and adventures. They loved to travel and together they embraced life to its fullest. If Jean was not working, she was shopping for chic leopard print belongings or spending time with Malcolm cruising up to New Hampshire or Maine where they spent many days loving life without a care in the world.

Jean leaves an overwhelming legacy of love, laughter, dry humorous sarcasm, and sensitivity to the lives she touched. Anyone that came across Jean’s path will always have an everlasting memory of insightful moments and friendship. Her laugh was infectious, and she cared so much for those in her life. She always went out of her way to make others feel welcome and loved.

She was cared and loved by her two loving sons, Kyle A. Enos, and his partner, Alexandria Ruza, of Attleboro and Joshua M. Enos, of Taunton; two sisters, Patricia Osgood, and her husband, Peter, of Belmont and Kathleen Brandao, and her husband, Joe, of Taunton; a niece and nephew, Jillian, and Aaron Brandao; and her fiancé, Malcolm Maclellan.

A memorial service and interment in her family plot in Saint Joseph Cemetery will be held at a later date.
