Jennifer "Jen" Joan Quigley, age 58, of Randolph, passed away unexpectedly on July 30, 2024, at her home.
Born and raised in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Thomas G. Quigley, Sr. and Audrey L. (Lawrence) Quigley.
Jen graduated from Mount Alvernia Academy in Newton. She previously worked at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston for several years.
Jennifer was a rather private and quiet person. She loved her family and friends more than anything and had a real soft spot for animals, especially her kitty, Molly. Jen was a devoted member of the Church of Abundant Life in Braintree for many years. Her devotion to God was apparent and she enjoyed reading her bible and prayer books. Spending holidays with her family and friends was something she always looked forward to, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. Jennifer was a huge Matchbox 20 fan, even meeting the lead singer Rob Thomas more than once. She was so easy-going, appreciating the small things in life such as her cup of coffee and a light lunch with her friends and sisters.
Jennifer is survived by her two children, Lauren Young and Andrew G. Quigley; two brothers, Kenneth Quigley and his wife Christine, Neil Quigley and his wife Valerie; two sisters, Lorraine “Lori” Mulry and her husband Michael and Holly Medwid and her husband Richard; two granddaughters, Lillian Duane and Dahlia Young. Auntie Jenny leaves behind many nieces and nephews; Thomas George Quigley and his significant other Erica Coutu, Kathleen "Katie" Kustarz and her husband Andy, Kristin Mulry and her husband Benjamin Chertow, Michael Mulry and his husband Alex Ratner, Allison Quigley and her fiancé Justin Grandy, Derek Quigley, Nicholas Quigley and his wife Danielle, Christopher Quigley and his fiancé Colleen, and Scott Medwid and his wife Krista. Jennifer will be missed by her great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Thomas G. Quigley, Jr.
