Juanita Esther (Underwood) Adamczyk

Juanita E. Adamczyk (Underwood) 94, of Taunton, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Morton Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Adamczyk.

Born in Bluefield, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Roscoe and Alice (Bailey) Underwood.

She was a member of the Union Congregational Church in Taunton. Juanita was an excellent cook and loved flowers, gardening, and making jellies.

Mrs. Adamczyk is survived by her three loving children, Frank J. Adamczyk, and his wife, Joan, of Taunton, David T. Adamczyk, of Berkley, and Yvonne M. DeMoura, of North Dighton; three grandchildren, Allison and Jeffrey Adamczyk, and Karen DaSilva, and her husband, Robert; four great grandchildren, Emily Pemberton, Tauri and Alysha Adamczyk, and Violet DaSilva; a sister in law, Margaret (Wimmer) Underwood; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was the mother in law of the late Kenneth DeMoura and sister of the late Roy, Marvin, and Arnold Underwood and Lorraine Perdue.
