Patricia R. (Rafter) Arcikowski

Patricia R. Arcikowski (Rafter) 87, of East Taunton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at the Life Care Center of Raynham. She was the wife of the late Edward A. Arcikowski.

Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Nora (Ptak) Rafter.

Patricia had resided in Brockton where she raised her family and then moved back to East Taunton after 40 plus years.

She received her teaching degree from Bridgewater State University and also earned her Master’s Degree in English. Pat worked as a teacher before raising her children and had part time jobs in the fashion industry. Mrs. Arcikowski enjoyed reading, especially mysteries.

She is survived by her children, Diane P. Maki and her husband Jyrki of East Taunton, MA, Edward A. Arcikowski and his wife Kathy of Oakham, MA, and Stephen D. Arcikowski of MA; her grandchildren, Jessica M. Maki and her fiancé Sean J. Cummings, Annika L. Maki, Samuel Arcikowski, and Joshua Arcikowski.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patricia’s Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 10:00 am, at Holy Family Church, 372 Middleboro Avenue in East Taunton.

Interment will be privately held and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
