Robin E. DiCienzo (Fitzpatrick) age 57, of Taunton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at Morton Hospital. A beloved Licensed Practical Nurse with a heart of gold, has left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.Born in Quincy, MA, to her loving mother Louise M. (McCrann) Cortese, Robin's journey in life was one defined by compassion, warmth, and a deep sense of community spirit.Her infectious personality shone through in all aspects of her life, she was known for calling everyone "Honey," embodying her non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate nature.Robin's interests were as vibrant as her personality. Deeply involved in the community, she dedicated over ten years to helping at Our Daily Bread in Taunton. She found joy in simple pleasures in life like walking, traveling, thrifting, and hunting for bargains - activities that reflected her down-to-earth and frugal nature. In addition, she cherished family dinners where all her family was together at the table and playing with her grand dogs. She is survived by her children, Sean M. Purcell of Adams; Angelina L. DiCienzo and Antonio F. DiCienzo both of Taunton; and sister Rachelle Duffy of Taunton. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with Robin's family on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Sowiecki-Snyder Home for Funerals & Cremation Services, 69 West Britannia Street, Taunton from 8:00 to 10:00 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Jude the Apostle Church, 249 Whittenton Street, Taunton, at 11:00 AM.
