Thai Thi Vo

Thai Thi Vo , age 81, of Taunton, passed away on November 27, 2023, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center-Milton. She was the wife of the late Duy Thanh Dao.

Born in Ben Tre, Vietnam, she was the daughter of the late Dung Ngoc Vo and Tham Thi Le.

She served in the Vietnamese Army during the Vietnam War as an Infantry Nurse. Thai was a citizen of Turku, Finland before coming to the United States sixteen years ago to help care for her grandchildren during retirement.

Thai was a woman of faith who accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour. She was a member of Calvary Chapel in Raynham.

She is survived by her two daughters, Anh Thu Dao Vu and Anh Tu Tran; her brothers, Mi Van Vo and Dung Tri Vo; sisters, Nhan Thi Vo and Hong Phuong Thi Vo; and her grandchildren, Liem-Lucas and Victoria Nguyen, and Annabelle, Hope, Lemuel, John, and Poppy Tran.

To honor the wishes of her family, her funeral services and interment in Mayflower Hill Cemetery will be privately held.
