Wendy R. Blounts, age 74, of Taunton, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Brighton. She was the loving wife of Wayne J. Blounts.
She will also be lovingly remembered by her two children, Jeffrey Blounts of Norton and Michael Blounts of Stow; her siblings, Stephen Jenner and Candice Jenner; her three adored grandchildren, Tabitha, Hazel, and Declan; her daughter-in-law, Jenny; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Tom Jenner and the daughter of the late Thomas and Aldora (Brodeur) Jenner.
Wendy was born in Secane, PA. She earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Education and lived, taught, and raised her children all over the country, including Las Vegas and Chicago. She ultimately settled with her family in Massachusetts, where she dedicated 30 years of her teaching career to the students of Saint Joseph's in Randolph.
Wendy will be warmly remembered for her kindness, intelligence, and wit, and especially for her devotion to family. In particular, she was a proud mother to her two sons and a devoted Grammy to her three grandchildren. She loved spending time with them, reading them books, learning about their interests, and attending their performances and events. Wendy was an avid reader, and could often be found immersed in a good book. She also took an interest in genealogy and enjoyed learning about her family's ancestry and sharing her discoveries.
