Ann Marie (Boyle) Richardson

July 8, 1971 — December 5, 2021

Ann Marie (Boyle) Richardson , 50, of Quincy, passed away after a long illness on December 5th, 2021 at South Shore Hospital, in Weymouth, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Walter L. Richardson, Jr.

Born and raised in Quincy, she was the daughter of the late Thomas H. and Mary (Doherty) Boyle.

She graduated from Quincy High School. Some of her interests include traveling, especially to Maine, Vermont, and Puerto Rico, and camping. There was never a field trip that Ann didn't chaperone. She enjoyed playing Cribbage, Skip-Bo, and was excellent at Sudoku. Mrs. Richardson had a deep love for her family. She was a vegetarian by choice since childhood. An avid Boston Sports lover, she even found it in her heart to forgive the G.O.A.T., Tom Brady. Always a social butterfly, she was blunt, stubborn and didn't mind showing tough love. She was a fighter, a survivor. Her sense of humor was contagious and could bring out a laugh in almost everyone.

Besides her husband, Walter, she is survived by her children, Shawn Boyle; Shannon Boyle; Andrew Richardson, and Ashley Richardson; her siblings, Maryellen Boyle, Kathleen Youssef, Patricia Pendenza, Elizabeth Dahl, Edward Boyle, and Thomas Boyle. Many nieces and nephews. She was the best Nana to Camden and Mason Boyle.

A Mass and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Sowiecki-Snyder Home for Funerals & Cremation Services, Taunton MA
