Paul D. Menard, Jr.

Paul D. Menard, Jr ., 62, of Taunton, passed away peacefully on Saturday evening, August 14, 2021 at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton.

Born and raised in Taunton, he was the son of the late Paul “Dinty” Menard, Sr. and Adele (Kizella) Menard.

He worked as a handyman and carpenter for many years before retiring. Mr. Menard lived life on his terms, was a very hard worker. Paul was a simple man who kept to himself, enjoyed working on his cars and fixing things around his house.

Paul leaves his siblings, Susan Rogers, of Taunton, Marian “Mary” Ventura, of Littleton, CO, his twin, Peter Menard, of Taunton, Joan Moniz, and her husband James, of Taunton, and Judith “Judy” Thomas, and her husband, Joseph, of Taunton; two nephews, Ron Rogers, Jr., of East Taunton and Tyler Ventura, of Mattapoisett; a niece, Jennifer Hood, of Avon, Colorado; two great nieces, one great nephew, and many dear friends over the years.

To honor Paul’s wishes, his funeral services and interment in Saint Joseph Cemetery will be privately held.
